Clear Browsing Data:
If they are using Google Chrome:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then click on Settings:
2. In the Settings window, click on Privacy and security and then click on Delete browsing data:
3. Within the Delete browsing data window, select Time range from the drop down menu and select All time. After this click Delete data.
4. After clearing, close the browser and reopen it then follow the Digi Sign link again to sign the document!
If they are using Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then click on Settings:
2. In the settings menu click on Privacy, Search, and Services, then click on Clear browsing data now:
3. Select Time range as all time and then click clear now:
4. After clearing, close the browser and reopen it then Follow the DigiSign and link and try to sign the document again.
