Present PDF Converter

 If you upload a custom page in a PDF format you may get an error message or a blank page. Try using a PDF Conversion tool then upload your custom page again.  

We suggest the Online PDF-Converter tool. To use the tool:

1. Go to the Online PDF-converter tool:https://online2pdf.com/
2. Follow the instructions on the Online PDF-Converter tool website.
3. Click on the 'Select Files' option to choose your file saved on your computer.
4. Make sure you are converting the file you choose to PDF, and then select the 'Convert' option.The tool converts the document into a PDF format that can then be added as a custom page to a presentation. The new file should not result in an error message or a blank page.

The new file downloads to your computer. Once it finishes downloading, save it to your computer as a new document then upload it as a custom page in your CMA.
