Common Search Function Questions

This article answers common questions about MoxiPresent's search function. 

How do I search comparables in the Search tab of my presentation editor?

There is one all-encompassing field to input your search criteria. Simply search by address, by zip code, by neighborhood, or by MLS number then pressenter on the keyboard to populate results. There is no longer a need to click a button to search by MLS number instead of the address.

Now that I have my listings showing, how do I add those to my presentation?

To include your desired listings in your presentations, click the small + sign that appears when you hover over a property. Clicking the + adds the property to your Listings tab.

To add all of the listing results to your presentation, click the Include All option above the search field and above your listings. To remove all of the selected listings, choose Exclude All.

How do I filter my results by property status and date range?

On the far right next to the map, there is a filter drop-down arrow.

When you click on the filter drop-down, all of your filter options appear. The date ranges and property status are on the left side of this window under Listing Status where Actives, Solds, Other, and Sales Types live. To configure your search by the time of MLS and open houses, click the drop-down arrow next to Actives (the drop-down arrow looks like a small “v”).

Property Statuses such as pending, off market, contingent, expired, sale fail, canceled, and other are categorized under the Other section which expands when you click the drop-down arrow.

Once you are done adding your filters, click the blue Apply button on the bottom right of the window.
