MoxiPresent Buyer Estimate Screen Overview

1. ESTIMATED PRICING FORM: Enter your Estimated Market Value amounts, either as a single, absolute number, or include a minimum and maximum price. The remarks box allows you to include any information you may want to provide to your clients regarding the estimated pricing.
2. ESTIMATED CLOSING COSTS TAB: Access the Estimated Net Proceeds form from this tab.

3. ESTIMATED CLOSING COSTS SHEET: This form lets you enter all of the closing costs for your clients’ new home.

a. Create multiple net sheets (up to 3) by selecting Copy (see below, indicated by the red arrow).

b. Edit the Estimated Net Proceeds Sheet by select Show (see, indicated by the blue arrow).

4. ESTIMATED PRICING TAB: Access the Estimated Pricing form from this tab.
