Buyer Tour: How to Create and Send a Buyer Tour Presentation
If we are taking a person on a tour of listings to see potential homes, we can help ourselves by creating a buyer tour! This will show your people the listings you are going to visit and the route of how to get there, and also when to meet you at each property! From this presentation, they can also add reviews and rate the listings, helping them remember details about each place visited and giving you insight into what your person really needs!

Create a Buyer Tour
From your MoxiPresent Dashboard, select the Create New button in the top right.
Select Buyer Tour and then select Continue
Follow the steps on the next screens to select your template and give your presentation a name.

Including Options
After selecting create, you will be brought to the Options screen.
Select the plus+icon next to INRIX Drive Time to add in your person's commute address. This could be a work, school, or other important address your person does not want to live too far from.
Select Browse to add your own image from your device to your presentation.
Then select Continue.
Searching for Listings
On the Search screen, enter your search area, neighborhood, an address, or use the MLS listing number to locate the listings to include in your presentation.
When searching for properties for a Buyer Tour be sure to check out the Filters menu! Update the status type you are searching for to look for only Active or Active and Pending.

Once you've selected the listings you would like to include in your presentation, select Continue.
Sorting your Listings
On the Listing screen, you will see the order in which you may visit each property. The map on the right will show the number of the property. Select the Change Order button to update this order.
Select the listing you need to move and drag it into place. Then select Save Order.
Adding a Meeting Time
Select the toggle switch next to Meeting Time to turn on the feature for the listing. Then choose your date and time.
You can add a meeting time to all listings or just one. If you add a meeting time to additional listings, MoxiPresent will double-check that they fall in the same order as the listing order.
When you're finished setting the order, adding meeting times, including any remarks, or adjustments, select Continue in the lower right of the screen.
NOTE: The meeting time will be visible on the listing detail page in the presentation.
Reviewing your Presentation
On the Pages screen, you can adjust your presentation to include any additional pages, move the pages around in a different order, create new pages, or send it as is. You can also use the View button to view your presentation in either web or print mode.

Once you set your pages, you can send out your Buyer Tour to any of your people! Select Send in the upper right of the screen. Add their email address to the To line, and select Send.
NOTE: If you are also using MoxiEngage, you can type a person's name or a group name into the To field and select the contact info from the drop-down.
