Import contacts into Moxi Engage

Notes: This allows you to curate your CRM, which may be required by the Brokerage.

1. You need to have a .csv file converted ready for adding their contacts into the Moxi Engage platform, do this:
2. Go to www.21online.com and then search for Moxi Engage, Log into MoxiWorks, URL below:

Log in to MoxiWorks 

Select People from the top navigation menu, then select My People from the drop-down

From the Gear icon in the upper right corner, select Import Contacts from the drop-down menu

 

Download the Contact Import Template CSV, you will need this for structuring contact list prior to importing all contacts.
 
Once ready to upload your updated file, choose Select file

Find the contact CSV file that you added your contacts to on your computer, then select Open to begin the import process.

Your file will automatically start importing; do not close your browser window during this process.

When the import has finished, you see a notification that the import finished.

Note: Import time may vary depending on the size of the import file.
