- For an agent to have access to the Local and State Forms, they must add their National Realtor Data System # - (NRDS) number provided to them by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The above video shows how to add their NRDS number to the system.
- If the agent does not know their NRDS number, they can go to this website to find their Member ID: https://login.connect.realtor/#!/forgotmember
- If the agent is Dual Licensed, they only have one NRDS number. They will need to select each State and/or Local association to their profile to have access.
- There are past situations where the NAR does not show the agent as a dual licensed agent. The agent will have to call NAR to resolve the issue. IT can not do it for the agent. 1-800-874-6500

The agent had access to Skyslope forms but has had a change to their last name since they added their Association to Skyslope Forms.

- Whenever there is a request for a last name to be changed within Skyslope, the agent will need to contact Skyslope and notify them of the change. The last name change should not take place before the agent has notified NAR.
- The agent will need to call Skyslope and explain to their support member that their last name has changed and the NRDS data feed is broken. Once this is done, the agent will be able to access the forms. IT can not do this for the agent.

The agent is delinquent in their association dues. They will need to pay their dues to their local, state and National associations to have access to the forms.
