Why don’t I have the option to import directly to MoxiEngage?
Situation:
You are wanting to import your contact to MoxiEngage but you don't see an option for importing directly into Engage as shown below.
Answer:
Some brokerages have chosen not to enable this option for agent accounts. If you do not have this option in your Engage account, you will want to import your contacts into your Moxi sync email. This will allow MoxiEngage to pull contacts from your email and display them in your My People section.
