Subscribing People to Listing Announcements

While moving your people and their transactions through the Sales Flow, you may wish to send out announcements regarding Just Listed or Just Sold properties.  Subscribing people to Listing Announcements allows you to send notifications to your marketing sphere quickly and easily.

Subscribing People to Listing Announcements

1. From the Engage Dashboard, choose All People.

2. Select the person whom you would like to subscribe to Listing Announcements.

3. Scroll down and Select Add Subscriptions from the left toolbar.

• NOTE: If you have already added one or more subscriptions, they will be listed here.

4. Click Add Subscription button within the Listing Announcements.

5. Select the Email Address you would like to send Listing Announcements to.

• NOTE: If multiple email addresses exist in the person’s profile, a dropdown menu allows you to select the email address you wish to use.

6. Select the announcement(s) you would like this person to receive:

• Just Listed
• Just Sold

7. Select Done.

 Subscribing Multiple People to Listing Announcements 

1. From the Engage Dashboard, choose All People.

2. Select the checkbox next to each name you wish to subscribe or choose Select All.

3. Select Add to.

4. Select Listing Announcements.

5. Select the Email you would like to send Listing Announcements.

• NOTE: If multiple email addresses exist in a person’s profile, a dropdown menu allows you to select which email address you wish to use.

6. Select the announcement(s) you would like your people to receive:

• Just Listed
• Just Sold

7. Click Subscribe and Continue until you have subscribed all chosen contacts then hit Done.
