You are the only one that can see any of your contacts, but there may come a time when you will want to send a contact card to another agent. This will share the person's contact info, but will not include any of the subscriptions or any communications you have had with your person, just the contact info!

Share a Contact Card

From the Engage Dashboard, select People from the top navigation menu then select My People from the drop-down (see below).
Select one of the clients you would like to share. You can search for the client using the Find People search as well (see below).
In the panel on the left, scroll to the bottom and select Send Copy of Profile (see below).
From the sliding panel, enter the name or email address of the agent you would like to share the contact card then select Send (see below).
